Can I sign up and start on my own?
Not yet. Every account is set up with our team so your invoice numbers, branches, staff and store connections are right from the first invoice. Request a demo and we’ll take it from there.
Is The Cloud CAS registered with the BIR?
The Cloud CAS is designed around the BIR’s requirements for computerized accounting systems: invoices numbered in order that can’t be changed, cancellation instead of deletion, books of accounts and a full audit trail of who did what. Registration requirements depend on your business, so talk to us about your situation and we’ll walk you through it.
Does it send invoices to the BIR’s Electronic Invoicing System (EIS)?
Not yet, but we’re working on it. Today, The Cloud CAS issues your invoices, delivers them to customers, and keeps your sales books and audit trail.
Which marketplaces do you support?
Lazada, Shopee and TikTok Shop. You upload the order reports you already export from each seller center. Pulling orders straight from your shops, with no report to download, is something we’re working on.
We already issued paper invoices. Can we switch mid-year?
Yes. You can bring in invoices you issued on paper, keeping their original numbers as references, and continue from there in The Cloud CAS.
Can an invoice be edited or deleted?
No. Issued invoices can only be cancelled, with a reason and an authorized manager’s PIN. Cancelled invoices keep their number, and the cancellation is recorded in the audit trail. Returns are handled with credit memos.
Is our data kept separate from other customers?
Yes. Every company’s records are separated from every other company’s, and people only see the companies they’ve been added to. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
